Terms & Conditions for Agencies
For domestic and international tickets, payment is due by the end of the week (beginning on the first and ending on the seventh of the month), or according to the collection period that Leisure Travel Shoppe may occasionally notify you of.

Leisure Travel Shoppe reserves the right to immediately cancel all PNRs and tickets if payment is not received on time.

Within 90 days of the departure date for the airline ticket and/or the hotel reservation check-in date, the User may request refunds from Leisure Travel Shoppe for any unused or “no show” air or hotel reservations. As a result, any applicable refunds would be handled by the guidelines established by the relevant airline, hotel, and leisure travel shop, as applicable. Requests submitted after the aforementioned ninety days will not be eligible for a refund, and any monies remaining unclaimed for such unused or cancelled hotel or flight reservations will be considered forfeited.

All associated documentation, such as traveller certification that the amount they paid for their trip outside of India falls within the annual restrictions for residents as set forth from time to time by the Reserve Bank of India, must be kept on file by agents or customers.

It is required of you, the Notices, to pay for the services you have received using cash, check, demand draft, or credit card. If you fail to pay within 7 days of the due date, you will be responsible for paying interest at the rate of 0.1% per day until the full amount is paid.

You undertake to hold us harmless from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenditures made against or incurred by us as a result of any covenant or agreement broken or duties you are required to fulfil;
